H.E. Erwin Walther - Foundation's sole body is the Board of Directors with the following members:

- Michaela Grammer M.A. (*1961), daughter of the composer and benefactress

- Martin Grammer (*1960), benefactor

- Dr. Fabian Kern (*1969), head of the Department of Culture, Sports and Schools of the City of Amberg

- Dr. Katrin Klose (*1990), composer and musician, instructor for musical education at the Bundesakademie für musikalische Jugendbildung Trossingen e.V.

- Prof. Dr. Christof Weiß (*1986), composer and musician, Professor for Computational Humanities at Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg

Both benefactor's dedicated wish is to fulfill the foundation's purpose by establishing a wide base of knowledge and experience within the board of directors. The inclusion of Katrin Klose and Christof Weiß furthermore ensures access to young misicians, composers, musicologists and scientists.
